Cingular usually takes a while. I would guess 6 months at least. I heard the application was pulled from the RPC agenda for some legal reasons....
Guess I'm kind of late to the party on this post... but the Verizon cellsite at Keystone and I-80 should provide decent coverage in that area....

Why not get the best worlds? Get the Siemens s46 on the MultiBand plan. I've been very happy with the phone and the service.

RF Performance = reception. I recommend the Siemens s46 for MuiltiBand, or the Nokia 8390 for GSM only.
