well instead of charging the phone the charger seemed to completely drain it....verizon couldnt even get it to charge so now im on to phone number...
ok really..this new 710 is lasting 4hrs from full batt to none...and it is really hot to the touch....it is closed and everything but the outside...

ok i got it to finally charge...but if i have a full batt. and i plug it in my batt. meter goes from full to 3 bars....when i unplug it goes back...
o and i've tried 2 different chargers
