    Thanks KyleandMelissa, So I should just give Alltel a call or go to a store and report the ESN? Or should this action be taken by Verizon?

    Thanks Andy, I've done that also. Twice, in fact.... I opened a trouble ticket with Verizon...1st time they came back it was due to the building...

    Yes, I am dialing the area code + number. That is required in NC that 10 digits be used.
