ok so i was in the att store today,11-12-10 and was asking about 3g, and this is what i was told, you can take this for what it's worth........

take it only when needed then cancel, prorated charge,no since in paying monthly for something you use once in a while
they love all those mexicans here,they make them alot of money. at least that's what i think.

i use youmail,you can do alot more then block a number.
ok it's over, took iphone back to att corp.here in town had them put my sims back into my vue,cancel the data plan, paid my 10% and carried out...
i didn't drive 250 mi. to buy the phone we do have an att store here, just not an apple store here.and you are right it's not worth the drive...

the phone seems to be ok except for battery life compaired to my lg vue,i still don't think the 3gs is worth $100.00 more then the 3g my speedtest...
