Back around March or May, I traded my 32K card in for the 64K card...so I thought I had the latest but maybe not. Mine is white with the orange...
For my 551, I also had a seperate battery charger...I could charge a battery outside the phone. Wonder if that would be an option to try.

They are about the best quality pics I have seen out of a camera phone.
I think the same thing happened with my V551. If I remember correctly, I just swapped out the battery and was good.

Verizon phones do not have a SIM card to swap out, SIM cards are only for GSM phones....Cingular, T-Mobile, etc. To swap out a Verizon phone...
