i believe the razr v3i is a gsm cingular phone. the v3i has iitunes software making it very easy to sync. just plug it in and it will auto sync...

the v3m is an awesome phone but has terrible battery life. i recomend you get one of the generic expanded batterys so you can keep the phone slim....
