it's not about tracking......when they make sure that each device is certified they enter the IMEI as approved into the system.......and you might...
if it does use SIMs......it'll prolli just be a matter of blacklisting any IMEI that isn't entered into the system

i'm really disappointed that so many people compare WM phones to the iPhone......they're two completely different breeds and honestly there are...
basically they can be used as an ExchangeServer now...that's how you set it up for WM phones.......it works great on mine and it's so much nicer...
so i'm reading some rumors that the Sprint Bold will carry an altered Sprint UI.. like the way Verizon does theirs? or the way Sprint normally...
