the phone is good. i would recommend it. that data plan will work, yes. the battery life is only an issue if you do not adjust your screen...
tmob is not going 3G in my area, but i have noticed more people porting lately...
why do their phones not say 3G? it wouild seem to me that they are scared of people thinking down on their network...but they have all the rights...

att is out there with 850, but its pretty much minimum rural coverage. seems like att has 850 in almost all of GA except for where i live...
