you could get a home repeater and out side antenna to boost the signal at your home. i think that you can get the equipment for between 300 to 400...

i have full bars all the time in my house. i can stand on my back deck and see my carriers tower us cellular a 1/4 mile away. :)

in eastern north carolina it is uscc and alltel.we have verizon to but theirs is a new pcs system and it is not very good yet but they are still...
