Mine Says the same thing so I flashed back to Verizon.
On my VZW Razr all you have to do is go to the settings and tools menu and talkting phon and then set ERI off.
With the new Razr v3m Verizon firmware can you set your own ringtones? I've tried the BitPim and it transfers to the phone but you can't set it....
