      You might want to ask Catherine Zeta Jones about that COW....

      I had a feeling it was T-Mobile. They often set up COW's before they install new a permanent site. No other carrier usually does that.

      Looks to be ATT with that many 2106's / 3106's out there with the E// TMA's.
