Small Mast On Murphy Rd.

There is no doubt in my mind that these panels belong to Bell Mobility as this mast is sitting right behind a Bell Mobility store. This mast is located in a part of Sarnia's shopping district so I'm assuming it's there to fill in any small dead spots. I'm not sure what the small square panels are.
