Yup and they normally don't bother to conceal their sites either. NIMBY's are practically non-existent here.

No kidding. They even put towers on top of retirement homes here in Germany.

Yep, I don't know why they do this, perhaps the providers feel that with eldery people dying sooner or later, it's ok to place them on top of such buildings. Obviously we're all still waiting for scientific proof but it's already been determined that anything wireless will cause EM waves/emissions which are felt by people causing headaches/migraines (i.e. clock radio).
