      Maybe it's just the angle of the pic, but could that flagpole in the back be a cell site?? I just happen to notice it when looking. I might be wrong.

      Good catch! I would say, with almost 100% certainty, that back there is a flagpole tower. Only a 'stealth' flagpole cell site could be that ugly.
