      I think that the Verizon guy has his eye on that tower.

      This could be Verizon, I'm not sure. It looks like a T-mobile site to me but I've been wrong before. I'm still researching this one, another one that the City says the address doesn't exist.

      I wonder what the omni-directionals are for.

      The omnis are probably municipal/EMS. Carriers and tower companies sometimes offer this benefit for free/cheap to local munis.

      This is a very short tower. The Verizon guy could get a better radiation center by mounting on the billboard directly over his own head (right side of photo) - but that's another set of complications...
