Big four-legged Bell Mobility tower. The cables streamed down the structure and into the building right next to it where the equipment was located. Several Bell Mobility vehicles were parked right underneath it.

      Those look like observation decks...I wonder why they're there.

      I'm not too sure either, but I have seen other older towers in Ontario that seem to have platforms on them as well.

      Maybe used as some sort of look-out tower back in the day...ha ha. Who knows?
