      Is this really a GSM 850-only site? I would have assumed that the top panel is a GSM 1900 setup due to its thickness and size.

      I too would have thought that the thin panel would definitely be used for 1900.

      I am pretty sure this is an 850 and a 1900 antenna. It's one of the old ATTWS sites, and in Austin those are mostly all 850/1900.

      Hard to say. The top antenna is either a tri-pole 1900 MHz or a dual band 850/1900. Both antennas are EMS/Andrew models.
