This is a renewed O2 mast setup located by the Rad Stadion (Bike Stadium) and P+R (Park and Ride) parking garage just to the west of the RheinEnergie Stadion. It looks like it's a GSM-only setup.

      Thanks for the compliment :)....how long has the site been there?

      I also noticed that a second COW (Cell on Wheels) was set up behind the stadium by the Jahnwiesen for the Robbie Williams concert 2 weeks ago. It was parked next to the larger T-Mobile COW. I haven't been back there to see if it's still there.
