No Parking (the Cow) On The Grass!

This COW set up looks to be semi-permanent. There is no real base station on it, or any type of generator. The cables from the COW lead into a building. I guess whoever this carrier is (I believe Sprint) had some trouble getting on the radio tower on the property.
