New Videotron Tower

This tower is located near Highway 440 in Quebec City (at Boulevard Ste-Anne / Highway Felix Leclerc). The tower seemed to be functionning (the light in the top was flashing and I could hear the ventilation inside the box when I was near). Videotron is operating this one QU060
