New Additions To Bell Monopole 1/8

July 28, 2009 What a nice day to add some new panels to this monopole. The first bracket for the panels is already up. This one is located about 2 blocks away from my house. I took a picture of it last year (the link is below in the comment box) Here is 1 of 8 pics of the construction process. Enjoy!
