Nice view. Taken from a friends plane I'm assuming?

Yes we have some friends nearby that have a 20 or 25% interest in a small Cessna. He know I like towers and radios so he took me over Mt Emily, which is one of the major communication sites in NE Oregon. Lots and lots of cellular, PCS, federal state and local government, railroad, and possibly broadcast equipment up there.

Nice picture. It looks like the trees would mostly hide the towers from any other view.

Actually from the house in La Grande you can see the towers pretty well, trees must be trimmed out pretty well to the SE I guess. It's kind of cool getting to see towers and anything for that matter from the air, especially hilly or mountainous areas like we have in the NW. It gives you a different perspective on things. I guess that's why I spend so much time on Google Maps and Google Earth :)
