Monopole Or Flagpole?

Never seen a monopole with a flag attached. Maybe it was meant to be stealth and a radome was never put on the top to cover the antennas. Bell Mobility is located here on the corner of Chinguacousy Rd and Earlsbridge Blvd and right across from a high school. I believe Nortel equipment cabinets are located to the left of the picture beside the sign.

      Lol, wow! That does not even look like a monopole, just a straight up old fashioned flag pole with antennas at the top. Love the tagging of the sign in the foreground.
