monopalm/COW picture 2

Panels are now painted green to match and branches re-added below panels. Still not a very good looking monopalm.

Well, it's certainly better than the picture you posted a few days ago. I have to say, however, that square palm tree trunks are most difficult to find in nature.

This darn thing still isn't turned on yet. It's been going on 4 months now.

larry....why don't you just turn it on yourself!

Yeah I'm tempted to go over there and open the padlock and flip the switch. It's weird because there was another synergy site just like this one a few miles away. That one only took one week to turn on from the time they installed the panels. This one has had panels since December and still not on. I just don't understand why the big time variations on these.

Ok something strange has happened with this one. Originally the CDMA panels were put up on the right side of each sector. I went by yesterday and noticed that they've now moved those CDMA panels to the left side of the array. This explains the delay in getting this thing on air but I'm wondering why they changed their mind and moved the CDMA panels to the left instead. I've never seen that happen on any other synergy site.
