Loretto, Mn Tower

Here is a tower I found. What I thought was really interesting is that it has that frame of a box. I have never seen another tower with that. Does anyone here know what it could be?

      My guess would be they might've installed that square with plans of attaching some cellular panels to it.

      That's just a guess though. Never seen that on another tower yet.
