      Nothing is worthless - it can always serve as a bad example, and this one certainly belongs in the hall of fame for bad examples. They shouldn't have even tried to hide it.

      It looks like the bottom 60' of a 120' pole - there may be an intention of making it taller pending some legal :censored: .

      I'll bet it's the product of an on-going beef between the carrier and the municipality - benefitting neither.
