High rise site

This is a possible microcell site at the very top of this multi-store high rise. I haven't been able to figure if this is the case.

If you look at the top row, you can see a winch setup for the window cleaners. If you look to the left of this winch setup, you can see 4 small antenna-like devices mounted to the building.

It must be a very low powered site in a metro area like Cologne.
    • ShoresGuy
Yes, that's my guess as well.

      Cool pic, Shores.

How high (number of floors) is that building?
    • ShoresGuy
      Good question,

I didn't count them when I was there this week, my guess is between 20 and 30.
    • Gamer03
Is that one of the biggest in your area? Or do they have bigger buildings than that?
    • ShoresGuy
This is one of the biggest ones I have seen. There is a fierce debate going on between UNESCO (they're evaluating the Cathedral's status as a UNESCO landmark) and the city over whether future high-rises should be permitted on the right side of the Rhine across the river from the Cathedral. Most people feel that this damages the Cathedral's image as a unique structure.

I remembering visiting Cologne before moving to the U.S. The cathedral was amazing.
    • ShoresGuy
Cool, come back, it's even more amazing :D
    • Andy
Haha. If I go back to visit, I probably won't make it much north of Ulm, lol, as most people I know live in Ulm, or south, and in all parts of Switzerland.
      One day maybe.
