This is another Vodafone GSM 900/1800 microcell setup in Cologne. The BTS is located on the wall right by the black bar showing the Sion (looks like Lion) sign. The directional antenna is on the roof.

      So I guess the area is busy enough for Vodafone to have a microcell giving capcity to the ground level right outside the building and the directional antennas covering the areas around it.
