Cool, whose antennas are mounted here? This is one place where I wouldn't've expected cell antennas.

I saw these on my last trip to the bay area. There were also another set of panels on or near the bridge besides these.
    • ShoresGuy
What side of the bridge are these panels located on? The Presidio side?

Is there a lot of Pilot Pollution for CDMA carriers on the bridge? I wouldn't think so since it's a very heavy travelled route, but just wondering.
    • larry
Yes I've observed some pilot pollution since it's such a long bridge.

South-West corner of the bridge on the San Francisco side. Pretty much right across from the souvenir stand.

Pardon me, but what is pilot pollution, and is it just a CDMA thing? If so then no wonder I haven't heard of it, I've never had a CDMA phone.
    • ShoresGuy
I see, that doesn't tell me too much at the moment but if I recall that would be to the right or even left (where the bridge authority has their offices and yard) of the toll booths when leaving the San Francisco side.
