Fmr Qwest New VZW

This was a Qwest stealth flagpole site at Wasatch School, 1 block east of byu's law school. Verizon Wireless is overhauling and preparing to launch it. Site name: "Pro Bobcat"

Service really is already flawless. I live 2 blocks from this site. Never dropped a call or had any connectivity issues of any kind...not even when the university football stadium is full.

How long ago was it that Verizon took over Qwest sites here? I figured any improvements they wanted to do with them would have happened long ago and any sites they didn't need decomissioned, but that is still not the case.

Great to hear Verizon is improving service where no improvement is really necessary. I'm sure it's a capacity precaution site just to make sure the network keeps up with demand.

Verizon just converted/turned on a former Qwest site a few feet on the west side of I-15 in Lehi also.

Where is that site? I know that Verizon's site covering the area from Point of the Mountain towards Lehi were often quite capacitated, especially during rush hour and signal strength outside of Thanksgiving Point wasn't bad, but not great either. Maybe if you get a chance you could snap a picture of the site as well.
What about the University Mall site...any updates on that?
