Flagpole site

This is a flagpole site in town... I almost forgot that it was there until I saw people concealing the antennae last night :) I saw three sets there; the bottom row had rather small panels... there were 2 of those. The top sets were normal looking ... long and rectangular.

      Any idea which company owns the pole/site? Iposted thread about my "no service" carrier which is alltell I would love to have a large flagpole on the corner of my property to provide cell service to this area. They can use the land for free if they put up the pole and a large USA flag. The neighbors would love it and so would I. Thanks Alex
