      Those towers look huge on top of those buildings.

      Yeah, we're usually limited to 10' - 15' above the roof in the States.

      Yep, that is probably not too farfetched. Those things must generate some kind of electric smog (magnetic fields) which can have some health effects on certain people (headaches).

      I'd love to see the dBm readings in one of those apartments right below the site. They may not be as low as we think since the panels are not facing downward, but what do I know.

      If the site is low power (as is common in areas with lots of sites) then health issues are not really an issue.

      That is very true, in densely populated areas of Europe, sites usually don't have to cover large areas. Also, the panels are not facing straight down into the appartments but out onto the street so this would make sense.
