Ancient MCI fiber runs along the tracks infront of tower (fiber is resold to Sprint). Site survived Katrina as witnessed by FOX News file footage. Next to Hancock Bank tower (DigiPh site).

      Thanks. At the time I was just focused on bagging some tower sites during my visit to the area and really lucked out with respect to the weather. It was 90+ during most of my stay (and worse the further inland you went[1]) but for the most part, outstanding shooting weather. I was looking forward to heading back in November to finish up the other sites I missed. As for the data, no problem. It was wierd looking on the TV at the footage and saying to people "I was standing right under that less than a month ago"...

      Anyway, saw there were no example sites from those states so I thought I would oblige :)

      [1] Except when I was in Louisiana. There it wasn't so much hot/humid as just moist.
