      Very nice picture! What is all that small equipment for that's mounted behind the panel?

      Those are TMA's, always used in conjunction with T-Mobile antennas. Cingular started using them more recently. I think they are just signal amplifiers.

      Correcto, they are typically LNA's, or low noise amplifiers. They take the signal transmitted by the phone and amplify it right at the antenna versus down at the base station.
