Citi Field Legacy Coverage + Cows

Here we have what looks like 3-4 carriers covering the north-east side of Citi Field. The panels on the building were there when it was Shea Stadium, but the 2 towers (COW Mounted) are new. I'm guessing Nextel is on the corner of the building and another unknown. No idea who uses the COW.
