      If I am not mistaken, that is the roof of their customer service and admin offices just inside the Beltway. The market operations and engineering office is in Hanover, Md about 20 minutes north. It used to be called Ferris Island, after the head of Engineering/Ops at the time, Mark Ferris.

      You are correct about that being the Customer service office, and that there is an Engineering office in Hanover, however they also do engineering/ops out of the Greenbelt office shown above.
