      That's an old Airtouch/Verizon monopole. There are at least two others exactly like it. One in the City of Orange at Chapman & the 55 frwy and the other along I-15 in Mira Loma (Riverside County).

      I've seen a couple like this down here in San Diego including the sky blue paint job.

      Are the omnis and panels both Verizon? Interesting setup.

      I dont think its active. My VzW phone doesn't pick up a signal from it.

      I do have a picture of a very tall one like this with sectors halfway. Sorry, i do not remember where this is, but I know that on the side of the road i saw it from, there's a golf course.

      I cant tell if it is or not. Im just a car passenger with several phones, have sub-average identification skill and several phones.
