Cell Tower In My Neighborhood (Picture 2 of 3)

UPDATE: New panels have been added to the tower in my neighborhood. This picture was taken this evening. Notice the new panels (in bright white) when compared to my previous picture.

      This is the after shot. I assume that the Alltel panels that used to be on the top were replaced by Verizon panels. One way that this makes sense is that I was on 800 MHz with a db reading between -57 and -72 for about 10 minutes this evening. Normally I am on 1900 MHz with a db reading between -92 and -105 (depending on what room I am in while inside of the house). This weaker signal is due to there being a tower 2 miles south of me.

      It probably was some sort of microwave transmission tower back in the day. Now near the top it is used for FAA communications (the big black antennas)
