      I think that it's safe to say that this is a former US Cellular Site... Since then, USCC sold all of its customers and sites to AT&T Wireless (now Cingular). These pics were taken with my SCH A930

      That's just a regular telephone cross connect box. It makes the connection between F1 pairs and F2 pairs. F2 pairs are what connect to your house, or the cell site back to the trunks (F1 lines) which are then connected back at a switch.
