      That looks like a typical European setup, you see a lot of that here in Germany. None of the 4 providers bother with towers unless they have to. Most of the time, antennas will be mounted or attached to roofs.

      Yeah, this is a typical setup from back home too. This is a very populated area, no where to set up a tower.
