From the T-Mobile coverage map I knew there was one in this area, but had a hard time spotting these as they blend with the building very well.

      The building(an apartment building) is on side of a hill about 50 ft higher than the surrounding area. The panels look to be on about the 2nd floor of the apartments. They cover the whole neighborhood (mixed residential and commercial)as there are panels like this on the 3 sides of the building that aren't facing the hill. I couldn't take a picture of the whole building since the panels aren't visible from further away.
      I changed the picture with another view of the building with a close up insert. Gives you a better idea of the location.
