att mobility tower - wisconsin rsa#3, lp - mcc310 mnc 410

The lower rack on this tower was attached around 2 years ago. At the same time 3g and 4g became available - it had been 2g edge until then. Some vertical dipoles at the top were removed also. Not sure about the upper rack now, but it has been there a long time. 45.5963,-89.5676 Wisconsin RSA#3
