      I believe this set of panels has both 850 Mhz and 1900 Mhz.. I also photographed this site when passing through about a year ago. It is located in the City of Ventura on the border with Oxnard.

      The 3 white panels on this array are unusual. They don't look like typical 1900 Mhz panels.
