This is a solar site outside of Pahrump, NV. We had installed the microwave antennas (white ones) last Dec 2005. The site carries AMPS/TDMA, CDMA & GSM.

      now, what do the smaller black dishes do? do they perform the same tasks as the larger white dishes?

      Yes it does.
      The white ones (6' diameter) are an upgrade. They are coupled to licensed Harris microwave radios where as the little 2' dish is an unlicensed 5.8GHz radio.
      The little one will be coming down soon.
