Most likely a T-Mobile stealth "flagpole" near 29th & Guadalupe. Northwest corner of UT campus. It is behind a video store and dry cleaner building. Terrible pic, sorry, there was a thunderstorm at the time.

      This tower was erected in the spring of 2005. This dense area must have been a big sore spot for TMobile before that.
