Cell Tower Lease Acquisition
I have been in the wireless lease acquisition industry for a long time and joined this forum because I thought it would have a bunch of people from my industry and found that is directed more toward phones and providers.
So I started this thread to discuss wireless lease buyouts and help any landowners out there who have questions. Also, I am familiar with ground lease rates for cell towers in most parts of the country, so I am happy to give my opinion on lease negotiations. |
