Day in the life of an Authorized Dealer

I'm somehow being "led" to do this. I realize I'm still pretty new around here, but my desire is that hopefully this will be a sticky if we get some good discussion going on here. Not even sure if this is the right spot for this, but I don't know where else I would post this. If it gets blown to the wind, ah well I guess

ANYWHO, there always seem to be a LOT of posts/threads on people trying to be dealers through whatever MVNO/master agent/carrier they want to go under. I'm wondering if anyone has any stories from the trenches, or if anyone whose been a dealer for awhile would like to give advice to the hopefuls. You know: what to do, what not to do, learning the business and the industry itself, startup funding(I would LOVE to know about this or see a story about someone getting it. The only conclusion I have so far is that people just have money sitting around ), etc etc.

Let's get some discussion going. Hopefully, this will turn out great!

Good idea.. like you, I would like to know how much it would cost to start, how hard the business is and if it's actually profitable? I am looking to in the business and would to get some insight.
