Requirements:
- Good reading, writing, speaking skills
- Positive and motivating attitude
- Ability to perform effectively under close deadlines and in a fast paced environment
- Minimum education - HS diploma or some college
-General Internet skills - ability to operate search engines, operate email, enter data
- General clerical skills - organizational skills, time management, beginner knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Management skills - ability to multi-task, to manage a team, problem solve, prioritize tasks in the most productive manner.
Sales Representatives receive the following commission-
1. $20.00 each plan sold
2. plus a $1.00 each sale renewable income every month

There are also bonuses for every one thousand plans sold. Also, after 4,000 plans sold you promote within the company.
This is the way it works;
The customer will choose a phone of their choice. The phone will be mailed to them within 2-5 days. Once they receive the phone the will have to call to activate it, at this time they will pay a $150 deposit which will be refunded after 12 continuous months of service, at the time of activation the customer will also have to pay 2 months of service (this price depends on what plan they pick or what 2 plans they stack). That is it, now the next 2 months after the first 2 months they prepaid for will be FREE. On the 5th month they will pay the monthly bill regular and every month after.
There are different plan options:

PLAN A: Unlimited North American/PR Calling & Texting ($24.95)
PLAN B: 5000 Minutes used solely for International Calls ($24.95)
PLAN C: Usage of Internet Service & GPS Navigation System ($24.95)
PLAN D: Mix of all Plans A, B, & C ($74.85)

Another few perks about the company: This is a NON-Contract Cell phone carrier. It is month-by-month pay as you go plan. Most numbers are transferable. We will also help customers get out of their current cell phone contracts if needed.
