Talking Looking to Start a pre-paid carrier like cricket

I would like to get some info on how to start a prepaid cellular carrier like cricket. The only difference is that i want my coverage to be nationwide and allow for an affiliate sales system where subscribers can get a residual off of all the people they sign up under them and the chain. Up to five levels. I would like to lease the space on verizon's towers for the plan. I would like to charge a little less than cricket. I would also outsource the customer service. If anyone can offer their knowledge i appreciate it. PM me if you have any info.

Call up the Verizon Wireless executive offices and ask for the current contact in the wholesale group. They'll get you all setup.

Verizon wholesale will be much more expensive than Cricket retail, so you'll run at a loss

Is it that easy, to start a prepaid cellphone company?Just call and that's it?I though you had to go through a bunch of permits and all of that.
