Default How to sell towers and the real estate they are on

I work for a large electric utility and we have 2 radio towers located in Texas. One site sits on a 1.0 acre tract and has a 213 foot guyed tower with 5 low band antennas.

The other site sits on 1.74 acres and has a 307 foot guyed tower with 3 omni and 1 low band antenna.

We own it all.

Would any dealers have any interest in buying the sites, real estate and all, intact, from us directly? Or would they possibly be intrested to lease the sites as intact from us?? Looking to explore our best options here.

Does Crown Castle or SBA Towers operate in your area? I assume they work that way.

Does anyone think the towers and antennas have enough value to offset any costs we will incur by having the sites torn down??
